STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURES

PURSUANT TO RPL 442-H please be advised that this agency has instituted the following standardized operating procedures as a prerequisite that prospective buyers must meet prior to receiving any service


(i) Prospective Clients will be required to show identification (driver's license or passport etc.) upon first meeting unless already known to the Broker or Agent. 


(ii) In the case of Buyer’s agency an Exclusive Broker Agreement is not required to be signed. However, Broker or Agent will not work with clients that intend to use multiple Brokerages in looking for a property to purchase. In the case of Listing a property for sale an Exclusive Right to Sell agreement will be required.


(iii) Pre-approval also termed a Pre-qualification letter for a mortgage is required for any client, or prospective client before houses will be shown to them.
